DIVERSIDADE ALFA E BETA EM FLORESTAS ESTACIONAIS SEMIDECIDUAIS NA RESERVA DA BIOSFERA DA SERRA DO ESPINHAÇO

Este estudo teve como objetivo conhecer a composição florística de duas Florestas Estacionais Semideciduais inseridas na Reserva da Biosfera Serra do Espinhaço (RBSE), avaliar sua diversidade local, bem comocompara-la de forma regional visando conhecer a similaridade florística de diferentes áreas. Além disso se propôs fazer uma comparação com 17 fragmentos distribuidos pelo Estado de Minas Gerais buscando compreender as áreas amostradas na região da RBSE seriam mais diversas que as Florestas Estacionais de outras regiões do estado. O estudo foi conduzido no Mata do Gombô, no Parque Estadual do Biribiri (PEB – Mata do Gombô)e na Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural (RPPN) – Fartura, ambos na Serra do Espinhaço, Minas Gerais. Foram inventariadaos um hectare de cada fragmento.A riqueza de espécies na área se demonstrou elevada. Foram amostrados no PEB - Mata do Gombô 139 espécies percententes a 44 famílias. Já na RPPN Fartura foram encontradas 202 espécies, pertencentes a 55 famílias. Em relação ao status de conservação das espéciesfoi possível observar que, tanto na RPPN – Fartura quanto no PEB - Mata do Gombôcerca de 70 % das espécies são classificadas como Não Avaliadas (NE) e 7,86% sofrem algum tipo de ameaça. As matas apresentaram elevados valores de diversidade alfa e beta, se comparadas as matas do Estado de Minas Gerais se demonstraram dissimilares a maioria. Isso demonstra a grande heterogeneidade ambiental da área destacando a singularidade encontrada na flora das matas da Reserva da Biosfera Serra do Espinhaço com as demais comparadas.

This study aimed to know the floristic composition of two Seasonal Semideciduous Forests inserted in the Serra do Espinhaço Biosphere Reserve (RBSE), to evaluate their local diversity, as well as to compare it regionally in order to know the floristic similarity of different areas. In addition, it was proposed to make a comparison with 17 fragments distributed by the State of Minas Gerais seeking to understand the areas sampled in the RBSE region would be more diverse than the State Forests in other regions of the state. The study was conducted in Mata do Gombô, in the Biribiri State Park (PEB - Mata do Gombô) and in the Private Reserve of Natural Heritage (RPPN) - Fartura, both in Serra do Espinhaço, Minas Gerais. One hectare of each fragment was inventoried. The species richness in theare approved to be high. In the PEB - Mata do Gombô, 139 species from 44 families were sampled. In the RPPN Fartura, 202 species were found, belonging to 55 families. Regarding the conservation status of the species, it was observed that, both in the RPPN - Fartura and in the PEB - Mata do Gombô, about 70% of the species are classified as Not Evaluated (NE) and 7.86% suffer some type of threat. The forests showed high values of alpha and beta diversity, when compared to the forests of the State of Minas Gerais, the majority were dissimilar. This demonstrates the great environmental heterogeneity of the area, high ligh ting the uniqueness found in the flora of the forests of the Bisofera Serra do Espinhaço Reserve with the others compared.
