Dissertação/Tese DESENVOLVIMENTO, IMPLEMENTAÇÃO E AVALIAÇÃO DE UM WEBSITE SOBRE SEGURANÇA MEDICAMENTOSA DO PACIENTE - PPGSaSA

A internet é um importante meio de difusão de informações e conhecimentos, e uma fonte informativa em saúde. A utilização das novas tecnologias amplia o espaço de discussão de temas relevantes. O objetivo do estudo foi desenvolver, implementar e avaliar um website sobre segurança medicamentosa do paciente. Trata-se de estudo metodológico realizado em um hospital de um município do estado de Minas Gerais. A primeira etapa foi identificação do público alvo, objetivos e conteúdo disponibilizado; a segunda etapa foi de desenvolvimento do website; a terceira constituiu a implementação do registro de domínio e hospedagem e a quarta foi de avaliação através da escala de Likert. O website foi direcionado ao público de enfermeiros, médicos e farmacêuticos, inserido no servidor da instituição hospitalar em estudo utilizando o Wordpress no gerenciamento do conteúdo. O tempo gasto totalizou em média doze meses resultando em um total de onze páginas com menus, cores, texto, imagens e layout padronizados. A avaliação realizada pelos profissionais de saúde foi satisfatória. De acordo com o índice de concordância infere-se que os itens do website foram considerados adequados. Conclui-se que o estudo em questão atingiu os objetivos propostos e foi bem aceito pelos profissionais. O website com aplicabilidade no cotidiano da equipe de saúde como fonte de consulta e atualização pode propiciar que o cuidado ao paciente possa ser oferecido de forma mais atualizada e segura em relação ao uso de medicamentos.

The internet is an important means of disseminating information and knowledge, and an information source in health. The use of new technologies expands the space for discussing relevant topics. The aim of the study was to develop, implement and evaluate a website on patient drug safety. This is a methodological study carried out in a hospital in a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais. The first stage was the identification of the target audience, objectives and available content; the second step was to develop the website; the third constituted the implementation of the domain registration and hosting and the fourth was the evaluation using the Likert scale. The website was aimed at the public of nurses, doctors and pharmacists, inserted on the server of the hospital under study using Wordpress in content management. The time spent totaled an average of twelve months resulting in a total of eleven pages with standardized menus, colors, text, images and layout. The evaluation performed by health professionals was satisfactory. According to the agreement index, it appears that the items on the website were considered adequate. It is concluded that the study in question reached the proposed objectives and was well accepted by the professionals. The website with applicability in the daily life of the health team as a source of consultation and updating can provide that patient care can be offered in a more up-to-date and safer way in relation to the use of medicines.
